  It's not the seller it's the transport UPS tha they never showed up... package was send by the seller just ups don't know what happen & you can't contact than so.. I don't know if they lost her package o damage or don't know . But never arrived... so I'm very disappointed bcuz I order 2 item same day & the other item cumin from PA & arrived on tkme so.. this item i order cumin from cople Miles from my place & dind showed up yet... that's why I calcel...   Quality of the product was exactly as stated! The product was brand new, in amazing packaging and worked very well. The seller was great at communicating, and gave me updates anytime I asked for them. The seller also answered any questions I had: one of them regarding the shipping time. The time was a little late, but that was out of the seller’s control, as ice storms messed up shipping times. Overall, everything was exactly as stated.   This is by far the most professional company I have ever dealt with. Great product, great price, and fast shipping. When the parts got here and I went to put them on, I found that they were not the problem. They asked me to send them back for a full refund and included return shipping. Not many do this.   Great Seller! The package had a shipping delay due to FedEx where it sat for a week at a hub in my state. This seller has great communication was ready to send me a replacement until FedEx finally delivered it. The lifts look good and should work on my Mustang. Definitely recommend this Seller!

  They were awesome when package was damaged and communicating to make sure they knew and before opening and checking all was there and nothing damaged! Absolutely recommend buying from them!
