Ordered logging tongs weeks ago received the package in good time but the logging tongs was not in the package only a small bolt. Contacted the seller they said they would check with the warehouse worker nothing. To make a long story short we went back and forth for a couple of weeks nothing has happened no refund or tongs. I don't think they will make it good.

Worst transaction ever!!! Item received damaged. (Electric kettle with crack along handle where power switch is, electricity and water dont mix so item cant be used. Seller has been impossible to deal with. Offering various amounts of partial refund, ignoring more than 10 polite requests for full refund. Seller even suggested that I resell the item to a 2nd hand shop!! Been 5 weeks and still waiting for a refund. Item also much smaller than listing says BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS SELLER
