A lot of trouble obviously taken with the packaging, thank you, and the condition of the items was arguably better than described. Once posted, arrival was within 2 days but the time between payment and posting was 7 days (4 days was mentioned in the listing) which was disappointing. As the Seller is a charity, it's easier however to show understanding. BTW, with a new battery the non-working train now works fine ! I would recommend this Seller.

Ordered some small figurines but they came in a huge box filled with bubble wrap, care was definitely put into making sure the products were safe during postage. The products came with no scratches or signs of damage at all, and postage was extremely fast. Could not recommend this seller enough!

It was mailed using a one kg postage label. I guess the packaging allowed it to arrive extra safely!

Postage was a little pricey but totally understandable as it’s a heavy item. Delivery was late but that delay was from the delivery company not the seller. Overall happy and recommend to purchase again.
