One Filter package was torn open and entire contents were scattered all inside parcel post.Communication with seller was most painful with constant and conflicting offers of keep filters and we will give you $ 10 refund to keep them and full refund and never organising refund and pressuring for 5 star feedback. Definitely will not be buying from them again and requested Ebay customer support to intervene for my full refund.

Seller claimed it was a mistake and offered let me keep the incorrect product and a $10 refund, which I refused as I wanted to return and receive a full refund. Again they refused and offered $30 refund that I reluctantly accepted. I used a filter today and the water tasted chemically and unsafe. I would not trust this seller.
