  Pleased with the transaction. Item was described, and pictured, in the listing as "New with tags". But seller was, unfortunately, unable to locate said tags. Seller informed me of this just prior to dispatch & wanted to confirm that the sale was ok to still go ahead. Had this information come to light prior, my offer price, that was accepted, would've been different. But... I cannot fault the quality of the item, nor the seller's, overall, communication. Good packaging, shipping & value. Thanks!

  I contacted the seller she was very pleasant, I asked if the item was new and in a cellophane sealed box her reply was yes, but when the item arrived the box wasn't sealed in cellophane which put me in doubt if it wasn't new has described in the advert, the contents however were in there polythene bags and no sign of use and in working order

  Shipping was fast as one can expect, packaging was lovely and got the boots to me safely, the boots are just as described… not a scuff on them… and the value was great considering their rarity. I’m gonna be the envy of all the boot enthusiasts wearing these. If anyone asks me what kind of croc has bright pink rub-off colors, I’m gonna say the love child of a croc and a flamingo, obviously!   You can only tell is a seller is good when there issues. And after the wrong product was sent, this seller stepped up to the mark. Absolutely fantastic seller, going above and beyond to address the wrong item. And upping the the pick up and redelivery to 24 hour each way (only 48hr was paid for), to fix the situation.
