I ordered this 45L Biggie pack from Italy and it took almost a month to get it. I already knew it would takes sometime but I think the wait is worth it. The backpack gave me good impressions, but i didn't have time to try it fully equipped and see how does perform. Anyway, the customer service is really amazing. They always respond very quickly if you have concerns about the backpack or the shipment progress. Little side note: customs increased the final cost by 26 euros
