DO NOT BUY !!!! All l received was a SMALL bag of brown water a lot smaller than the one shown and described in the advert not a single daphnia in sight. When I contacted the seller they seem very uninterested in sorting out the order l have now gone to my local fish shop and ordered from them as they order theirs from Holland with free delivery and arrive in a large polystyrene container with cool blocks at no extra cost This has been a very expensive lesson

Prickly customer service, bad attitude. Sent me the wrong amount and tried to insist that I was wrong and that it was two packs wrapped together, I weighed them and it was clearly one packet. Eventually sent a replacement but assumed I was lying until they "checked with warehouse"

I don't think it is fair to leave this sort of feedback upon rectifying a mistake. I am not sure we are the ones with the bad attitude?
