The phone was brand new in its original packaging everything was as described.
Unfortunately it was an internal use only model so I had to return it. The seller was very understanding and I don't blame the seller for the issue. No way the seller could have known it was a demonstrator model as it was unused.
Seller was very understanding and cooperative once we made them aware of the situation.
Despite having to return the phone for these reasons I would highly recommend this sellerr

The delivery was quick, even though the device was advertised as "New Sealed" but the product I recieved was "Refurbished", when contacted the seller, they took a while to solve the issue but in the end they refunded half the value of the product which wasn't what I wanted. Overall the experience was neither Great nor Bad, was just OK.

Just received my LG V60 today here in Sweden and it took 16 days which guess is because I placed the order on Easter Friday which affected the logistics. As for the phone itself, If I have to be honest, unfortunately, is not brand new cause the OEM seal was missing which you can see for yourselves in the photo I'm going to upload also. As for the seller, I have to say i was impressed by her promptness in responding to my emails. The best way to describe the phone would be Fresh.

I did have small issue with the device received. The phone worked as should, but there was some problem with the image quality from the camera. After contacting the seller, we agreed of partial refund (about 10% of the actual price), but he did then refund more than agreed, so at least I am happy how the seller respond when I contacted him.
