    Yeah I got a refund great... 7 days later. If you don't have an item in stock don't be disingenuous and stall for 7 days. Be an honest respectful merchant and contact buyers within 24 hours instead of waiting for them to report your dodgy practices.

    We take customer satisfaction seriously, but this feedback is misleading. The delay occurred because you requested shipment to an alternate address, which violates our policy, and we refunded promptly once the issue arose. We acted in good faith and within our policies to resolve the matter fairly.

    Get a load of this liar. Changed the address is a total fabrication. They only get this "generated a label" which means nothing after 48 hours then just stalled until I took up issue after 7 days. Probably would have stalled longer. I still have the created generated label on my AusPost App. The fact the seller has no accountability and comes on here to cry shows he's a dishonourable cheap salesman .
