Even though my packet was lost in the process, I would say the seller is still good. Once i made communication, seller was there to help. When he saw that the packet was lost, he offered me a replacement or a refund. I can say the shipping time is still relatively good it came to my country in around 2 and a half weeks, which was earlier than the estimate,but was lost there, which was unfortunate .
