Would definitely not recommend this seller I received my 5 bridesmaid dresses today and they all have orange stains on the seller tried to blame the material and said when they was sent out the dresses were fine but they arrived today in packaging that was not damaged the seller has offered a 30gbp refund which is not even the amount I paid for one dress I get married very soon and I’m now left out of pocket having to take them to be cleaned and hopefully that works

After contacting the seller about 5 bridesmaid dress I purchased they came with orange stains across the front of dresses the seller promised a 50% refund and I’m still waiting the seller is now not replying to my messages and I’m now out of pocket nearly £200 on the dress £70 customs fee and now £150 cleaning bill and if the stains don’t come out I’m then left with no dresses either pictures attached of stains and messages from
Seller would definitely not recommend buying from this person!!

Bought 5 bridesmaid dresses they was delivered package un damaged but all 5 dresses have orange stains on them I have messaged the seller and she has offered a refund not even amounting to one of the dresses which I’m now out of pocket and having to try and get them cleaned ready for my wedding would definitely not recommend purchasing from this seller pictures are attached to show the marks on the dresses
