    Really poor experience. No communication and only shipped item after a dispute refund was initiated as I had purchased elsewhere given the delay. Now have two items and again no response to a return and refund request. I’ve pressed from the seller before without issue but something has obviously changed given other recent feedback. Avoid this seller.

    Item appearance was exactly as described, if anything it was better. It was rated very good condition but i'd say it's more in the Excellent range and battery health was 98%! Fantastic quality. Excellent value for money. It arrived in Far North Queensland in under 2 days. Only downside was the charging cable sent was generic and not appropriate for Apple Watch Ultra, but they happily issued a $20 refund to assist me with purchasing one. Fantastic product, amazing service. Super happy.
