Wrong description of item. Item was not brand new and had been opened previously, all packets inside opened and had missing parts (all figurines had been removed). Seller rectified the problem immediately by providing a paid for return envelope and full refund however it still resulted in our son missing out on his birthday present.

the item was brand new, it had been opened to take the figurines out this was stated in the listing that it did not come with the figurines, they said they did not read it, so was there fault but is still not happy
