Wrong description of item capabilities led to very unhappy customer when we installed it in her car, wallpaper NOT customizable as listed, extra costs for us to make it right cost us more than the item and our reputation suffered as a result, vendor refused to provide any relief for their mistake. Manufacturer confirmed vendor inaccurately described item features, we advised vendor and provided photo proof to no avail. Avoid these guys, very dishonest description of their offers

There was a misunderstanding between us. The boot logo can NOT be changed , but the wallpaper can be changed. We already sent you the suggestions to help you check the question before, please have a check first. If there is still any question, please let us know, we will check it and help you further. Really bad experience.
the radio didn't fit/work on my car.
The Bluetooth messed my radio up, and there were unrealistic responses/directions from the seller.
I asked how much the shipping was at the USP office, and the person said around $10
But the seller charged $18. I was overcharged, and ripped off from an item that never worked in my car
