The solar panel arrived within the suggested timeframe as promised. When I unpacked it, I noticed the carry case had a damaged zip. I messaged the seller about the issue, and I was amazed by their response time - they replied straight away! Even better, they sent out a replacement case the very next day.

As with another seller I didn't receive my parcel they sent it somewhere else and wasn't their fault but the courier service they use.The seller fully refunded me after doing my own investigation. Appreciated the refund as the parcel will never and the courier used the same pictures for 2 entirely different sellers and tracking numbers..hope the sellers change courier services!
