    Extremely disappointing experience. Would not recommend. The seller marked my order as "shipped" quickly, but a week later, it still hasn't been dispatched. I placed 8 orders for 8 items as a gift set, but now I’m in a difficult position because the seller claims some items are unavailable, offered substitutes, and then said those aren’t available either. I have no idea when - or even what - I’ll receive. Terrible business practice and failure to fulfill the order as promised.

    Three of the ordered items were out of stock. We offered three different size cups free of charge as replacements, which the customer accepted. A postage discount was also given. We kept the buyer informed throughout. The delay occurred while awaiting their reply. This review does not reflect the full context or our efforts to resolve the issue.
