Items arrived with shipping damage due to very poor packaging, just taping up the spark plugs into a black plastic garbage bag does not provide any sort of protection for shipping. Not Impressed With Sellers Shipping Procedure

Hi Items were wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and then in black cling film, just as we have done in nearly 20 years. If goods arrived damaged intelligent step would have been to inform us of issues but instead, with zero comms, you left us negative feedback.
