Seller responded right away, offered to resend the item with another carrier, I opted for a refund. When the item were returned to seller a refund was issued. No problem with the seller, poor performance from the carrier DHL.

Unfortunately DHL did there usual poor job, gave me a delivery day, didn't deliver and finally brought it 3 days later. The vendor is not reponsible for this shambles and i will certainly buy from them in the future, although will probably pick up myself.
