Otherwise, great vendor with unique, good quality parts for older vehicles. 1999 ML320 glove box cover. Perfect fit.

    Item arrived as described, in good condition, and well packaged. Shipping was slower than expected considering the ad stated product would ship in one to two days after payment is received and it took 6 days for FedEx to receive the package. But all in all, a good seller. Thank you.

    Overall, it was a decent experience. I found a part that's no longer made and is hard to come by. The seller printed a label and marked it as shipped right away. However, it took almost a week to actually reach the post office. That's my only gripe. If you mark an item as shipped, you should actually ship it. In my opinion, the eBay system should not allow you to mark an item as shipped as soon as a label is printed from the seller's dashboard. Everything else was good and as described.

    Top seller in my experience. I did without a driver side door module for years because I was turned off by the price of a new one. This seller sold me a perfectly functional used one for a small fraction of the new dealer cost and it worked exactly as it should. Lesson learned. Shipping speed and packaging was very good. I will have no problem buying from them again. A plus!

    Shipping was quick and the pictures were accurate. It was difficult to see damage to the parts that were in the pictures but not described in the text. It is a used part, so I didn't expect new condition. Once I saw it in person I went back and referenced the pictures and the seller had good, high quality images, so more than anything this is a good reminder that you need to really examine the pictures to know what you are getting! The damage was not so much that I couldn't use the part though.
