When I received my glove box door it was packaged well but a plastic piece was missing from the door. Broken off but not in the packing anywhere. This company is a stand up company and I would order from them again in a heartbeat. Once I contacted them they had me send pictures and refunded my total price. Please be cautious with this member, read other concerns in their feedback profile. Item condition is used, listing picture shows a very clean almost blemish free item. Item received had dirt build up in crevices and tight areas, several nicks in painted portion along with rust. Item packed well. Shipping label created mar 6, shipper in possession of item on May 17. When I contacted member about shipment on May 16th I was told delivery was not scheduled until May 20. Disappointing experience.
