There was an issue with the delivery, applied for a refund, got refund for 1 of the 2 tablets ordered, was in the process of getting refunded for the 2nd, when surprisingly they were actually delivered ... on a Sunday no less. I think the delivery company was trying to make up for such poor service. In any case I contacted the vender about replaying, they replied, and I did as instructed. Less than happy with the courier, more than happy with vender and sale. Kids love the tablets. Thanks
