Seller shipped more (325) than the quantity advertised (250) to account for any deaths in transit. Plenty of food left in container. Shipping warmer did not last as long as USPS ground shipping (5 days from the West to the East Coast). Seller will check the weather conditions before shipping and offers USPS Priority Mail in case this is a problem. Seller has very good communication. Would definitely buy from again!

Believe it or not these guys are super hardy! They are designed by nature to live in weird climates and situations as natures clean up crew. they can survive up to a month in transit. Smelled like cat food/jerky so I assume some food was in it. The heating pack did seem to have gone out during shipment (Mon-Thurs) and it's down to 20° at night here so it worried me at first but they were fine. Seller responded quickly RE delivery timeframe.
