    Unfortunately the delivery company didn’t bother to call me on the intercom as instructed, they only left a card for me to go to the post office to collect the parcel. I provided clear instructions as I work from home and would have met the courier to receive the parcel. I am also not happy that the purchase was not as per the diagrams which is very misleading, if I knew the toolkit came in a plastic container with an orange lid instead of the black advertised container I would not purchased.

    Received my Doughnut/pancake dispenser from this seller Tuesday...was excited to receive it until I opened the parcel...the handle was cracked and broken...upon messaging the seller (with no reply) it looks like I'm not able to use my purchase.... I would not recommend this seller...

    I was sent the completely wrong items because the seller didn't have what I ordered in stock. I was lied to saying a replacement would be sent, as they didn't even have any. They did offer me a half refund but I needed to get the correct item- they were not happy when I said I wanted to return them and took a long time to respond to my messages. It was frustrating getting a clear answer from this seller and it went on for 10 days before I was finally given a return form but no communication.
