    Prong is as described, brand new and exactly what i wanted. I had problems with royal mail losing my parcel and was sent a new one as soon as i made the seller aware. I would have appreciated some communication about getting a new one sent as i wasn’t told i’d be getting a replacement but very grateful about how easy it was.
