    This is my first Chanel and it’s perfect . Went thru eBay authentication, packaged well, has original dust bag, box, qnd 2 seller authenticity cards. Triple authentication. As described. USPS had address issue so was returned to eBay, but eBay quickly contacted me and resent via FedEx which was so much better and quickly delivered with needed signature upon delivery. Love my free Labubu

    The purse arrived on time and was packed well. It was as described on the live event. It was a good win /value. I was told that the Chanel dust bag was included but it was not with the package. Overall the sellers have been very good to work with. I hope we can resolve the missing dust bag issue. Still waiting on seller response.

    Item arrived very quickly and great packaging. Impressed with eBay authenticity paperwork included. Item presented at auction and seller answered my questions during that time. It was an older handbag but in great condition I would consider new if it had come with the long keyfob with key and long strap. I knew those items wouldn’t be included as those were my questions. I would purchase again from this seller!

    Seller claimed Hermès Kelly 32 was 2023 full set w/ receipt. After AG, I received a 2019 bag, no receipt, wrong color, and hidden scuff marks. Should’ve never bid over $9K–$10K. Lost $6K selling to my client. Seller hyped auction using false comps ($30K–$40K) in front of 6,000 viewers. Told me to cancel for AG fix, then relisted & sold to someone else for more. Seller is silent. This is not the first time. eBay should investigate for false listings & manipulation. Be cautious.
