  I'll admit, purchasing a frame from the manufacturer on eBay felt a little off at first, but any misgivings were quickly dismissed when I contacted the manufacturer with a question. Their quick and positive response reassured me that this wasn't just a fire sale. In fact, my frame was being made to order; not custom, but still handmade in Tennessee. I even gave them five stars for shipping costs, not because I like paying for shipping, but because the packaging was careful and robust.
