    I Don't know what happened with this seller. I ordered 2 of these, from this seller. Both of these HD's failed to power up upon arrival! Thus, these purchases are/were worthless purchases. I contacted the seller. They said that they personally tested these, and improved their packaging, but they still arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival). This really sucks. I had such great plans for these hard drives. But both failed to spin up upon arrival!!! What a waste of $$$.

    You had to ask for troubleshooting instructions. One we could possibly think that got damaged on transit, but two of them? Rather than posting negative feedback you should have communicated with us. Why not communicate? Negative feedback does not help troubleshoot the drive
