    Thought I had ordered an echo dot with a clock, when I selected the colour white I expected a white echo dot with a clock. I received a white echo dot with no clock, when I contacted the seller he said I had misunderstood the advert. Clearly I feel that the advert is misleading, many others would have been fooled by this. I paid £70 for this item and I could have bought an ordinary echo dot for around £40. I said to the seller that I could keep the dot but I want a refund of £30. No response.

    The premium Apple Mac items have never arrived as the seller's paperwork appears to have been incomplete. This meant that regional Customs would not release the parcel to the local postal service and instead have returned it to the seller. I contacted the seller about this, the last time over 2 weeks ago to ask for a refund, but have not received any response. I finally had no option but to buy a cheaper alternative locally.
