About us

We have been cleaning out estates, garages, and storage units for almost 15 years and love to share our treasures through Madis Place. While understanding that we unfortunately do not know anything about many of the items we sell. There are times we are involved in living estates and receive a lot of history or at least some from the owners. We will always share what we know but always be sure to view all the pictures as they tell the real story and may identify something we missed or just did not have the knowledge of. We very much enjoy wat we do and take a lot of pride in everything we do but are certainly not perfect! But we strive for excellence and perfection in every transaction big or small.

    Item was as described and arrived when promised. Was a good value. The item was packaged well but Fed Ex didn't handle it very well it had a 6 inch x 6 inch piece of the corner torn off. Fortunately the item was not damaged as it was wrapped in bubble wrap.

    Even better than I hoped for based on the description!!! This seller responded to my offer immediately and was so kind to accept. The packaging was about 9 miles of bubble wrap in a large box. Shipped as soon as the sun came up, on the next business day. I searched for hours online to confirm what I thought might be vintage ducks...only to finally discover they are very rare and valuable: a Mikey Mole Family, in the Maple Town line...what an awesome addition for my critter collection, Thank You!
