  Ordered some screws but they were wrong size. Advert stated ‘returns accepted until May 31st’. Messaged seller asking for a refund, they replied within 40 minutes stating they’ll offer a partial refund of 50%. I asked why only 50%? No reply! I have sent 2 more follow up messages but still no response! Terrible service
