Very sorry to hear you are not entirely satisfied. We try to be as accurate as possible with our photos and descriptions. When selling multiple items (we have sold many of these bags now) it is impossible to photograph every defect on each individual item, this is why we do emphasise in the description that there may be other faults with the bags that are not in the picture. The pictures are simply chosen as they give the best idea of the overall condition of the bags.
