The piece was as described. Their communications need work. They took 2 days to respond to a shipping concern. Don't make any mistakes in any way as I did. I had 2 authorized delivery addresses and clicked the wrong one. My mistake not theirs, but I thought that's why there is a contact seller option from Which I immediately used. I never asked for an exception to policy, I simply wanted to add a second line to the address so it would arrive correctly. Nothing but a sarcastic response. Bad CS
