Poor service. Worst seller ever I experienced on eBay. I ordered my product on 15/04/2024 and as per seller’s description it should be delivered to my place in 2-3 days. I live in London and seller also lives in London and still I received my product today 23/04/2024. I chose this seller to receive my product within 3 days and he took more than week. I contacted seller and still waiting for the response. Seriously worst seller ever. I never recommend this seller to anyone.

Although the item arrived a day later than the indicated receival period, the Seller enquired if I had received it (or if there was a problem in the posting) and asked if I was happy with the purchase. I'm not viewing this negative against the Seller as it was dispatched quickly. The item was descried as a "3D Dinosaur kite" but it is actually a Dragon - although I'm not sure that a child will be disappointed with the difference - but the photo on Ebay is a true representation of the goods.

The only positiiive is for the Seller was who was prompt sending the goods.
Now for the Negatives.... I am not very happy about the Courier you used.The Courier that you used are extremely slow and they shoved it in my letterbox, when I was in my lounge room waiting for the goods. When they were under the previous name, they were great. This is why I prefer items this small going to my PO Box, It is much safer than shoving it in my letterbox for Rain to wet the parcel.

FAKE ITEM. Described as Lego, branded pictures used, lego model number in title. Fake knockoff arrived in a damaged box. Seller admitted to only selling the Fake and reluctant to fully refund offered me a 10% refund.
