  Very disappointed. Seller sent a cheaper item than what I paid for and falsely claimed I needed original packaging for a return, which was impossible after assembly. Item was 25kg, and I asked the seller to arrange pickup, but they ignored my messages. I had to carry the heavy item to the post office with help. Tried to solve amicably but seller stopped responding to my messages. Only got a refund after eBay stepped in. Wouldn’t use this seller again.

  Item received not as described in listing, contacted the seller who apologised and issued a refund. The seller requested me to revise original feedback. Overall I still feel like I ve been somewhat cheated and had my time wasted as I recieved an inferior cheaper product than the one I was looking to purchase.

Please know that the item you received is genuine and not a cheaper or inferior product. I understand it might not have matched your expectations, but unless someone is familiar with the original product and its quality, it’s easy to assume differences that aren’t there.   Unfortunately the seller failed to pay the correct amount of postage by mistake, therefore it was delayed at the sorting office until the outstanding postage was paid. After contacting the seller the resolution was swift and positive! Great ebayer A+ would buy from again. Many thanks Malixa!
