  The wheel and tyre were received promptly following the order. However, the item arrived filthy, despite the listing showing a clean product, and the packaging was very poor. For the price of postage, I expected proper packaging—not just a thin layer of plastic, which arrived torn. I contacted the seller about this, but their response—‘it just needs a good clean mate’—was disappointing and unprofessional. The lack of care and professionalism was a real letdown.

  The car door came well packaged fully protected, delivered 3 days before I was expecting. The door was even better than I expected in fantastic condition. Very helpful staff dealt with all my questions very promptly nothing seemed to be a problem I would highly recommend buying from Barlow street autos.

  Quick responses to questions and item fit perfect. It was a vw golf mk7 radio screen which was as described and has given me no hassle. Postage was quick and arrived days before estimated date. Screen was packed great so it wouldnt break even if a car drove over it. Great so far would buy again

  Parts not delivered as per the auction pictures. The eBay item pictures were of the steering wheel and harness, however the harness was not included in the delivery package. I contacted the seller but received no response. I’d suggest avoid this seller, clearly takes no responsibility for eBay items , ignores any response, basically just doesn’t care about customer service. AVOID, there are lots of responsible car parts sellers on eBay, this is NOT one of them

  Ordered this item u would expect it to come exactly as pictured but intact it arrived with loads of parts missing which seller sent out piece by piece by the time I had everything and went to fit was wrong one and couldn't return because been over 30 days great contact before purchase afterwards seller ignores you stay well away from seller
