Vacuum was not as described. It was listed as open box. It had been used and missing pieces. There were scratches and it was dirty from being used. Seller offered a return but wanted me to pay for return shipping. That is not by Ebay policy. Ebay states seller pays for return shipping on a item NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller offered a $20 refund in which I never recieved. Do not buy from this seller they will also GHOST YOU and not respond to you. Very poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE

The vacuum was never used. It was pictured accurately, a little dusty with light scratches from being stored. It was not missing any pieces. You received everything shown. I did want you to pay return shipping which is stated on the item listing because you were unsatisfied. I then told you to open a claim but instead you wanted a large refund. We settled on $20, and I wanted confirmation that you would leave positive feedback and you never responded.
