    Finally got there. Purchased 2 batteries, only one arrived. Messages unresolved for a week. Later claimed on holidays which appeared to be a constant issue in buyers feedback. Advised to close ebay dispute prior to posting battery as it would further delayed due to another holiday 2 days after getting back from holidays. Out of office message incorrect, emails unresolved for 3 days after out of office return date. Posted 2nd batt and it arrived a week later. Focus on customer service pls.
