Aperture of frame smaller than listed. Seller extremely rude and condescending. Antagonistic emails and refusing to accept responsibility for inaccurate listing. Would never buy again from this company. Customer service non existent. Seller sent a lengthy email explaining they can “reduce” the amount they refund me when I return the item. Will be leaving negative reviews elsewhere also.

Sorry you feel this way. Ordered 5x3.5 picture frame for their larger 5x4 print. What was sent was what was received. Explained our mounts are cut slightly smaller to ensure you print will not fall through the opening, which is stated in the listing. Offered a replacement & solutions. On accepting a refund we simply wanted to ensure the frame was returned in a safe condition as not to affect refund value. We did try to help. We replied to every message & we did not antagonise at any point.
