My wife ordered the wrong tail light for her VW, and I wound up returning it as soon as I opened the box in which it was delivered, but this seller not only shipped that part well-packaged but was pretty good about handling the refund when it was clearly not the seller's fault that the wrong part was ordered. That's good customer service.

STAY AWAY!!! Takes forever to ship. Seller is a liar. Parts don't come from Buffalo as stated. When asked if i could pick up. They claimed they didn'tdo that. However it was reallybecause he didn'thave the part . It came from WV instead. Ebay should ban this Seller and start making sellers accountable for what they signed up for.

Ordered a fuel pump for my '99 K1500 Suburban, fuel return line fitting was broken, but seller responded promptly when they opened up on Monday and offered a full refund without need to return the item. As far as sellers go, that's as good as it gets. Would buy from them again for their excellent customer service alone.

Took a while to get it after it was shipped .There was a lot of bad weather and closed roads and I think this was a factor in slower than normal shipping.It arrived ln good shape .However it has not been installed in my car so I can not comment on its preformance . I would and will deal with them in the future. They were very understanding and help full.
