Very responsive and attentive seller. We needed these kamas fast for an upcoming tournament. It was a last-minute rule change, and no one else could get them to us in time. As soon as I purchased them, I reached out to the seller and asked if they could hurry, and they were super nice about it. I am very disappointed with EBay, I feel like we got scammed. It’s showing this item was delivered by UPS but the picture of the box that was delivered is an item was Amazon we received, but not the Bo staff from eBay. I called costumer service and the staff member I spoke to was not very nice, he didn’t take my name or my phone number and didn’t give me a solution. I would give eBay a rating 0/5, as we never received the order.

Sorry that you feel this way but we are not eBay.. We are just a seller selling on eBay... We are sorry to hear this but maybe you should have contacted us about this before leaving your feedback..
