Seller sold me a power supply that was bad. The worst part of this transaction is he didn't test it before selling it. How do I know this? Because he told me he didn't. Who sells a used part without testing it first? Then, I had to wait two more days to hear from him that he didn't have a replacement and that he would be refunding my my money.
