Always a good experience with Masters. I am a many times repeat buyer. I was working on a 1920s Yale Padlock and needed to determine the bitting so I can make a key for it. Everything worked just fine. The ad photos show keys cut on Ilco blanks which I like the best but what I received was keys cut on JMA blanks which is okay I guess. I got the lock reassembled and working about an hour after I received the keys in the mail.

This item I purchased sold in sets of two a trunk and ignition key eBay is like the stupidest place to be purchasing anything because it never can get any orders right for me I pressed the buying bulk two two items meaning two sets eBay charges me full price for the regular by one set but they charge me for two at that price they seem to never be able to possibly get anything right which is the reason whyWhich is the reason why I stopped selling I sold a bumper for $450 and got 288

They are correct they got the wrong key BECAUSE THEY ORDERED THE WRONG KEY. We sent them EXACTLY what they ordered. We requested a picture of the key but nothing till they take the time to leave a negative without reaching out to us first. We also accept refunds when the key blank is returned. SELLERS BEWARE OR YOUR NEXT!
