Contacted the seller to see what was happening after about 1-2 weeks with no repsonse. Then requested to cancel the order which was rejected but still no contact from the seller. Left it for a few days then requested a refund which was completed but still no communication from the seller. Absolutely poor customer service and comments on the product as it was never even sent.

With zero communication, after a week, I asked to cancel my order and the seller had the audacity to deny that request. I submitted another complaint, asking for a refund and heard nothing. I only received my refund thanks to eBay's money back guarantee policy. Terrible experience.
