    They accepted my lower offer for a measuring tool. Shipped it quickly, well packed. After receiving, I noticed a not obvious problem with it. This is OK, it was a used item. I called, then applied for a refund on ebay as the seller asked me too. They had refunded the full price within a half hour of me receiving the item. Perfect transaction, thanks.
