    After sending more emails the seller didn’t like my negative feedback and decided they would contact me after ignoring me. They thought an offer of $15 was enough so I accepted the money to change my feedback which is to tell the truth that they are only interested in feedback and not customer satisfaction. I paid $50 for a product that was broken and even eBay contacted them to do a return which they wouldn’t . Pathetic customer service and an insult to think $15 covers $50 faulty product
