Let's see: paid on May 7. Messaged seller on May 12 because nothing has been shipped - no response (1). Something apparently was given to DHL on May 13, but the tracking number shows an error. Contacted seller again on 14 May - no response (2). Contacted seller again on 15 May - no response (3). Submitted request for refund and contacted seller again on 18 May - no response (4). 100€ out of pocket, purchase not received, seller does not care. 1 star is too high!

The seller was great, understanding and conducted themselves in a professional manner handling my case as you hope anyone would.
They sent me the item but it was delayed at customs and me not realising the shock of the extra import TAX I would have to pay, so nothing they did wrong and my fault for not realising the extra TAX, I returned the item with no problem with a full refund.
I would recommend this seller.
