Especially the second time I bought it, the product arrived damaged, so I sent an email, and without any verification, they trusted me and quickly sent a replacement.     The part I ordered (washer PCB) fixed my washer at s fraction of the price of having a repair person do it, it buying a new board. In a perfect world, the shipping could have been faster, but the seller responded to my question and much iof the issue was a USPS thing and not the seller, and I did get the part only one day outside the initial delivery window.

    Great customer service and quick responses! Item was just as appears but unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. As I read some of the reviews for returns I was a little concerned because of some negative feedback, but I sent a message explaining it was my mistake and ordered the wrong part. I got a friendly and understanding response first thing Monday morning and initiated the return. Super simple drop off to the post office and money was returned to my account within a couple days!
