(A nice touch that was appreciated) Everything appeared to be just as described & set-up was no problem. Unfortunately, 1 of the 2 phones had a defective speaker & had to be returned. Seller quickly refunded the full phone price. The 2nd phone still works perfect & I'm very pleased. This seller is excellent!
