There was a delay with delivery as they were waiting for stock, but Alex was great with communicating updates and when the stock came in I had it within a few days.     This ebayer is so kind and so great to deal with. Australia Post had trouble delivering my item to me. Their fault completely and they lied about where they dropped it off - no photo or proof but tried to blame the seller. The seller was so helpful in dealing with this problem even though it wasn't their fault at all. Australia Post finally delivered the package. It was not where they said they delivered it. Great product, great seller. THANK YOU THANK YOU

    Ceylon cinnamon( mainly used in cooking ), is too sweet smelling for my liking! Also, there was confusion re packaging( sealable or unsealable ). No Plastic seal supplied with this product! So, unfortunately I had to return the item. The Seller was very helpful though, even refunding in full, before receiving the return, thank you!
