    Buyer waited 11 days after the item was delivered to contact us about receiving the wrong item. While yes we acknowledge we sent the wrong item, the buyer still has yet to initiate a return or refund which we will gladly accept since we messed up. Saying we did not contact them is simply not true. The buyer contacted us at 5am on a Saturday and we replied first thing the following Monday morning. It is now Wednesday as I reply to this and still have not heard from buyer.
